EMDR therapy, trauma-informed care, and clinical supervision in St. Albans and across Vermont.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and EMDRIA Certified Practitioner. I work with adults who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and patterns that feel hard to move through alone. My style is steady, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel safe enough to do the work at your own pace.
At Calm Reflections Psychotherapy in St. Albans, I offer EMDR therapy, trauma-informed counseling, support for anxiety and overwhelm, and clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians. We’ll focus on what is actually getting in the way and build practical ways to move forward.
